Return to Stillness: A Yoga Nidra Retreat
With Kristyn Rose
October 2 - 7, 2026
Step away from the pace of daily life and return to the quiet intelligence within.
Held in the serene beauty of island life as the season turns inward, this retreat is a deeply nourishing immersion into Yoga Nidra, the art of conscious rest and “divine sleep.” As autumn invites a natural softening, you are supported to slow down, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Yoga Nidra is both an ancient meditative practice and a unique state of consciousness where the body rests deeply while awareness remains. In this space, the nervous system unwinds, the mind quiets, and the body has the opportunity to heal and reset. Rooted in tradition and supported by modern neuroscience, this practice offers a direct pathway into profound rest, clarity, and inner steadiness.
This retreat is devoted to experiencing and understanding Yoga Nidra in depth. Alongside daily immersive practices, you’ll explore its foundations through workshops, discussion, and quiet time for reflection and integration. Supportive pre-practices are woven throughout, including gentle somatic movement, Yin and restorative yoga, and soft breathwork to calm the nervous system. These practices cultivate interoception and help create the ideal inner conditions for conscious sleep to arise, enhancing both your experience and understanding of Yoga Nidra.
Whether you are seeking better sleep, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to your path, this is an invitation to return to yourself through rest.
What You’ll Explore & Receive
- Daily Yoga Nidra practices designed for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness

Testimonials
I have struggled with insomnia for over a decade, but have experienced deep relaxation and rest through Kristyn’s retreats and Yoga Nidra practices that I was not expecting and am so thankful to have access to. Kristyn creates an environment where I feel safe to try new things, freely release tears when they need to be let out, and laugh with full abandon!! As part of this community, I feel more alive and closer to who I truly am deep inside than I have in nearly a decade. Kristyn, thank you for your friendship and for sharing your gifts and heart with us all. – Melissa Lee
