Embrace the Edge: Yoga Immersion

As ever-evolving beings we are always riding on the edge of the next greatest version of ourselves.
In yoga the pose is not the point, but rather a tool that we use to explore our own inner alignment in an outward expression. Asanas will be a guide for our own expansion and unfolding and allow us to use dynamic movement to discover inner stillness.
Each morning session will include a vinyasa style flow practice, breathwork and meditation. In our afternoons together will workshop specific poses as a way of embracing our personal edge, and incorporate a nature immersion with the land around us and within us.
Learning Objectives
- Refine and align the asanas for more ease and grace
- Learn to listen to sensation as a way of exploring a deeper practice
- Learn about subtle body, energetic activation and alignment
- Unlock power and presence with pranayama
What You’ll Experience
There will be both a dynamic yoga practice and a workshop style practice each day. We will weave the energy of the land around us into the land within us with daily rituals in nature. Forest bathing, Ocean swims, and open air meditations will enliven the senses.
