Take a step outside of everyday life and reconnect to the landscape of your breath and body in nature. Reset and re-regulate your nervous system with an integration of yoga, pilates, and nature immersion. This is an opportunity to prioritize your self-care, decrease stress, and reinvigorate your capacity for balance.

Rejuvenate with daily movement practices and workshops including:

  • Yoga: From relaxing (Yin & Restorative) to activating (Vinyasa & Power), open your heart and expand your range of motion
  • Pilates: Strengthen and stabilize your core, moving efficiently and returning to your center
  • Meditation & Breath: Restore a sense of ease and calm

Learn from the serenity of nature and connect to the heart of Cortes Island:

  • Hike: Revitalize under old-growth trees on a mindful walk through Kw’as Park
  • Stand-Up Paddleboarding: Find balance and float on the calm waters of Hague Lake (No experience necessary, all equipment will be provided)

Personal development tools are also woven throughout the retreat. Come away with:

  • An understanding of the science of stress and how restoration works in the body
  • Tools to maintain balance in your life
  • A comprehensive self-care plan to take home and integrate into daily life

Optional one-on-one coaching or counselling sessions with the presenter add the opportunity to refresh your perspective and take the work deeper.

Participants must have taken at least 15 movement classes of any kind (e.g. yoga, pilates, dance, fitness). Participants may choose to opt out of any activities. Transportation to and from nature excursions and a SUP equipment rental will be provided at no extra cost.
