“Hollyhock is a sacred, special and transformative place. It’s an honour for me to host this retreat where the theme of togetherness, compassion and relationship to ourselves will allow us to dig deeper and come Closer Together.” – Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau

Sophie Grégoire Trudeau invites you on a deeply personal journey toward self-knowledge, acceptance, and empowerment, drawing on the expertise of top psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists, and thought leaders.

A passionate advocate for mental health, Sophie believes that in order to know and accept ourselves fully, we need to understand why we think and feel the way we do, and recognize the experiences, attitudes, and patterns that may be holding us back. And yet, all of us are capable of growth and positive change, if we’re willing to stay open and curious throughout our lives.

Come together for a very special weekend with Sophie where we will practice yoga, play in the forest, slurp oysters on the beach, and take time for ourselves, with each other.

On Saturday evening, join us for a live conversation between Sophie and Deepa Narayan followed by a book signing. Books will be available for purchase at the Hollyhock store. Evening event is open to the public.

Daily Schedule

A detailed schedule of the full weekend will be available at least 1 month prior to the event. Please plan to arrive at Hollyhock between 3-6pm on Friday, July 5th and plan to depart anytime after lunch (ends at 1:30pm) on Sunday, July 7th.
