The relationship structures that have existed for centuries are being challenged in ways they never have before.
We are beginning to question the origin points of survival strategies rooted in codependency, people-pleasing, and whether or not longevity is the best marker for what constitutes relational success. While this questioning can lead to a deep sense of individual empowerment, it can make us question what successful relating will look like as we attempt to integrate our fundamental human need for belonging with our need for personal evolution.
Together We’ll Explore
- How our relationships have been impacted by living in a culture that conditions us to believe we are incomplete until we are partnered, or that when a relationship ends we have failed.
- What the future of relating to ourselves and others will look like as we set aside survival strategies rooted in codependency, limiting beliefs, and outdated gender roles.
- What have been the historic challenges we’ve faced as a result of relationship structures that prioritize attachment over differentiation.
- How we might expand in our capacity to see relationships – of all kinds – as a sacred curriculum, where we are in the reciprocal space of healing that is rooted in sovereignty instead of codependency.
What You’ll Gain
- How to recognize codependent tendencies and other ways we’ve been conditioned to show up relationally that can create barriers to authentic intimacy.
- Balancing the need for belonging while releasing fear-based ways of relating to others.
- Integrating the masculine (structural) and feminine (aliveness) energetics that exist within all of us, regardless of how we identify in terms of gender.
- Learning to show up in your community and your relationships with a deeper sense of sovereignty.
