This innovative approach to non-violent communication takes the body as the foundation for understanding how we communicate; what stands in the way of skillful communication, and when to take a step back from engaging with others.

Explore the deeper layers of communication- body language, tone, intonation, and rhythm and what these body-based cues reveal about how we respond to stress and conflict.

Learn how to disarm your defenses and cultivate open-heartedness without sacrificing yourself and your values. Practice empowered ways of speaking and relating that embody dignity, confidence, courage, and compassion.

This course blends together insights from polyvagal theory, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence with yogic practices that help keep us centered, grounded, and connected to our hearts.
