FROM FEAR AND OVERWHELM TO POWER AND LOVE

Everyday as we are confronted with chaos and collapse, we can become paralyzed in fear and anxiety. And yet, this is the time we are called to be our most powerful selves to stand for a world in which our children, our communities, and all beings can thrive. How can we collectively keep ourselves healthy, powerful and joyous as we do the hard work ahead?

In this workshop, three international experts in transformative learning will guide us in learning tools to build our inner core and regulate our nervous systems and show how we best do this in community. We will learn ways to build small and large communities of care that will bolster our needed courage, strength, and spiritual depth to fully respond to the challenges at hand.

We will use unique practical tools and techniques for making courage, love, power, and joy a tangible daily experience. Our practices come from somatic embodiment, expressive arts therapy, creative expression, empowerment theory, depth psychology, and our own ongoing inner work.

You will come away with:

  • Practical tools to use individually and with others
  • Understanding of how to create communities of care
  • Connections with companions on the path
  • Renewed hope, courage, and resolve
