Opening to Inner and Outer Change: A Life Balance Retreat
With Celeste Young
May 24 - 27, 2026
How well we navigate changes and transitions has a direct impact on the degree of well-being, meaning, and balance we experience in our daily lives.
Whether you’re contemplating a major change, are in the midst of one now, or are still feeling the impact of past changes, this unique retreat offers you personal understanding and practical tools to open to the next phase of your life with clarity, confidence, and deeper insight. It also provides support for finding a new balance in your life, if you’re finding yourself adrift or sense that something is just “off.”
Together in a supportive community we’ll learn key principles about the nature of change as well as time-tested mindfulness practices that can help you move through times of transition with more balance, joy, and clear intention.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be offered a series of highly effective self-assessments and tools from the Life Balance Institute that are designed to give you clarity about your specific situation and support you in moving towards your next steps. These tools have helped countless individuals step into greater alignment with what they truly care about in life—to connect with what is truly meaningful and live a full life that’s aligned with their deepest values. We will also be in mindful dialogue with each other in dyads and have the opportunity to practice deep listening and inquiry around our changes and transitions and overall life balance to gain more clarity.
Each day we’ll practice meditations together specifically designed to support you in meeting change more effectively and in coming home to yourself in daily life, and there will be plenty of free time in the afternoons and evenings to enjoy the beauty of nature and all that Hollyhock has to offer.
