Set amid the breathtaking beauty of Cortes Island, BC, this immersive experience weaves slow-writing, whole-body practices, and supportive dialogue to fuel confidence, creativity, and authentic expression.

- Time devoted to expressive journaling with a variety of different prompts and using different modalities.
- Guided heart-coherence breathing exercises and embodied movement exercises
- Closing night outdoor fire gathering (weather permitting)
