This Energy Medicine Yoga retreat, steeped in the gorgeous landscape of Hollyhock, will give you powerful, easy tools to navigate any challenges that come your way. EMYoga teaches practical ways to work with your energy so you can feel more grounded, connected and resilient in daily life.
What becomes possible when you understand how energy affects the way you feel, think, move, and respond to stress?
There are Energy Systems in your body that are directly responsible for how much stress you carry, how easily you can release it and come back to grounded joy. And there are Energy Systems directly responsible for creating joy and healing in the body.
In our time together we’ll dive deep into these systems so you understand how much power you really have to master your own life.
We can’t escape the world’s chaos, but we can meet it with more grace, resilience, and joy when we know how to regulate our energy and restore balance.

Energy Systems We’ll Explore
- Radiant Circuits: The energy system of Joy and Healing.
- Five Elements: Understand your own personal drives, desires, difficulties, defenses, and GIFTS!
- Triple Warmer: Your protector energy can also cause you distress. Learning how this system works gives you the key to navigating change, challenges, and stress, and how to come into peace while still feeling powerful.
- Biofield/Aura: The biofield is the energetic field that surrounds the body and responds constantly to stress, emotions, environment, and relationships. You’ll learn simple ways to work with this field to support greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
Why This Program Matters
A lot of people have gotten so used to stress, overstimulation, tension, and exhaustion that it feels normal. There’s a constant buzzing in the system, and it takes a surprising amount of energy just to get through the day.
This work helps you recognize what drains you, what restores you, and how to support your system in simple, practical ways that create more ease, resilience, and genuine joy in daily life.
