With the world, news, and societal systems as they are, it is easy to fall into thinking we are not enough, believing we are separate, or being guided by fear. Yet, the timeless teachings of Buddhism remind us that our innate essence is one of boundless love and compassion, and all we have to do to remember our natural essence is to slow down, get quiet, and steady the heart and mind.

Join this meditation retreat for a rare opportunity to both deepen practice and be in community. Our time will consist of mornings and evenings of silence and practice, and afternoons of talks, relational practices, and turning to the land to remind us of who we are already.

Dawn Mauricio (she/her), a Filipina-Canadian, has been practicing and studying Insight Meditation since 2005.
