As the world accelerates to a post-human pace, how can we preserve our humanity, our sanity, our contact with everything essential?

Through stories, statistics and specific daily practices, “arguably the world’s greatest living travel writer” (as Outside magazine called Pico Iyer) suggests ways of reclaiming life’s hidden luxuries: spaciousness, intimacy and attention. We all need to make a living; but how can we make a real and meaningful life?

This program consists of a keynote, Q&A, workshop and book signing. Book sales provided by Banyen Books.
