Achieve the financial results you need to thrive, not just survive, while staying in integrity with yourself and others along the way.

The goal of this course is to free you from blocks around money. Doing this inner work for yourself will benefit all areas of your life, whether it’s as a small business owner or an employee in a non-profit, as a partner in a relationship, or as a member of a community. This new freedom will let you achieve the financial results you need to thrive, not just survive, while staying in integrity with yourself and others along the way.

What happens when we still haven’t untangled our personal money issues? We’re led by our emotions and unconscious beliefs and we’re subject to our patterns of scarcity and fear around money.

How does this manifest? With big and small decisions being fed by fear, the scarcity mindset undermining growth, sales leads not being properly pursued, and with critical projects paralyzed by conflict. As a small business owner, community member, or partner, our blocks continually hold us back from reaching our goals or fulfilling our vision.

You may have done something about these issues already. Perhaps you’ve taken courses or classes around finances. Maybe you’ve tried having more meetings, learning to do budgets or revenue plans, hiring a financial planner or bookkeeper, or training yourself to spend time with your finances every day. All these certainly help. Or maybe, you’ve avoided the whole thing because access to resources has felt challenging and unfair, and you’ve felt excluded from opportunities in your life.

Yet, inevitably, until we get to the core of our personal money issues we find ourselves wasting money or missing out on bringing in funds. This is unavoidable because, whether it’s a little or a lot, we all have money issues. And that is the most painful thing: we don’t talk about the money stuff, it’s taboo. Resulting in repeating, unconscious patterns.

That’s where money coaching comes in. We make ourselves so wrong around money. We think that the conflicts, distrust, and shame we feel around money are our fault, but they are not. So, what can you do about this? First, you need to empower yourself around money, by gaining insight into the whole complexity of the issue. You also need to realize that what you do matters, and that you can play a role in the bigger picture by freeing up your personal blocks.

What you’ll do in this workshop is a bold step toward helping clean up the current global money mindset, which places greater importance on getting more than it does on respecting and honouring life itself.

I am interested now in how the money game works. Before the coaching, I used to turn away from everything that had to do with money, because I thought it was not spiritual. Now I enjoy seeing what is going on. I have a deep sense of “there is enough for everybody” “everything I need, is there, right now”. I can see where there is room for improvement, like working on details with numbers. My financial situation in my clinic has improved by changing roles, giving up responsibilities and doing the Math. – Andrea, Germany
