Mindfulness Meets Productivity: Practices to Reclaim Peace & Focus (Groundwork)
With Amrita Ahuja and Tommaso Biasiolo
June 24 - 28, 2026
Are you living in a state of overwhelm?
Many of us are moving through our days in a state of quiet (or not-so-quiet) overwhelm. With constant distractions, competing responsibilities, and the pressure to stay “on” at all times, it can feel harder than ever to focus on what truly matters. This six-week course offers a gentle, structured way to step out of survival mode by bringing together the steadying practices of mindfulness with simple, compassionate approaches to productivity.
Taught by Amrita Ahuja and Tommaso Biasiolo, this course welcomes anyone navigating a full or demanding life. In an atmosphere of curiosity and care, we’ll explore both the inner and outer dimensions of overwhelm: the patterns that keep us reactive or depleted, and the practical tools that help us create more space, clarity, and peace of mind.
Across five days, you’ll build a complete personal system to support your well-being and your work—learning how to untangle your inbox, clarify your tasks, organize your calendar, and approach your responsibilities from a place of steadiness rather than stress. At the same time, you’ll develop mindful practices that help you understand your triggers, meet your experience with compassion, and reclaim your peace and focus.
Who This Is For
This course is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in survival mode. Through the lens of mindfulness and compassion, you will be introduced to a framework of pragmatic productivity tools and daily practices to help you live with greater ease and clarity.
In five days, you will build a complete personal system for managing everything on your plate with clarity, focus, and peace of mind. You will learn a simple way to streamline your inbox, to-do list, and calendar, and a mindful way to understand and manage the triggers that keep you in survival mode.

Testimonials
“I needed help badly when I was introduced to Groundwork. I interact with hundreds of people and emails every day. I now feel in control of my schedule (and my days off), and I have way less anxiety and worry. I’ve also sent everyone I work with to Groundwork. All I can say is it was life-changing!” – Tarun Nayar, Musician, Modern Biology
“Before Groundwork, I was stuck in a cycle of overwhelm—constantly firefighting, never getting to the work that truly mattered. Now, my inbox is manageable, my priorities are aligned, and I have the confidence and presence to lead with intention. Groundwork didn’t just make me more productive—it changed how I show up.” – Asia Hollingsworth, Executive Director, Mid-Main Community Health Centre
“In the past year, Groundwork has made a profound impact on my personal and professional growth. It is a brilliant tool that has changed the way I approach my work, and has brought more balance and flow to my life.” – Taran Ghatrora, CEO, Blume
