Katia Sol

Katia Sol brings over 25 years of experience in transformative education and leadership development, with a focus on heart-centered leadership and emergent systems change. Her global work spans supporting Indigenous youth leadership programs with Ghost River Rediscovery, co-directing The Ecology of Leadership at the Regenerative Design Institute, serving as Assistant Director of the Dalai Lama Fellows, and teaching courses such as Regenerative Leadership, Wild Wonder, and Living on Purpose at Stanford University. Through all her work, Katia weaves Indigenous ways of knowing, deep connection with Source and nature, and community grounded in reciprocity and collaboration.

Deeply aligned with Hollyhock’s mission, Katia integrates inner awareness, healing, community building, and systems transformation in her leadership. A proud mother of three boys, she brings both wisdom and heart to her work.
