Join Charlie and Kiko for an offering of deep listening and sonic exploration as we gather in the belly of Spring on Cortes Island.

From sound meditations, reflective journaling, meditative movement practices, and dreaming, we venture to explore and expand our relationship to ways of listening, receiving, and generating creative awe.

During our time together, we will open to the magic of deep listening through rest, play, and collaboration. Attuning to the soundscape of the island, we will weave sound meditations, instrumentation exploration, communal sound-making practices, nature walks, Deep Listening® practices, and somatic inquiry to create spaciousness in our nervous systems and to strengthen the vital connection we have to our voices, each other, and the natural world.

Cortes Island offers vibrant, elemental soundscapes and views to take your breath away. We dream that this retreat will orient you toward the beauty and potent creativity of your inner and outer worlds.
