Heart-centered, decolonial facilitators Vanessa and Ariana come together in this transformational deep dive to explore the intersection between Reconciliation and well-being. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of why nervous system regulation is an essential component of social change while adding practical tools to your holistic well-being toolbox.

Ariana Fotinakis

Ariana Fotinakis (she/her) is a woman of mixed Anishinaabe and Greek descent. As a trauma-informed somatic coach and breathwork facilitator, Ariana brings a grounded, gentle, and compassionate approach to supporting her clients in their healing journeys.
