Join Dr. Saskia von Diest and Ruby Singh for an immersive retreat that invites participants into a reweaving of rhythms between inner and outer landscapes, through the elemental wisdom of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

This workshop-style retreat integrates intuitive Nature communication, poetic expression, sound, movement, and contemplative practice to support participants in attuning the body as a listening instrument for conversation with the more-than-human world.

Through experiential methods of creative inquiry, participants will compost outdated mental models rooted in colonization and the illusion of disconnection, and remember what it feels like to belong to this planet that nurtures and supports every aspect of our lives, Earth. We will incorporate daily practices that sustain embodied dialogue with self, community, and land in a practical, efficient and energetically safe ways.

The aim is that participants return home with skills to engage Nature as a conscious collaborator in co-creating their futures in closer alignment with all of life on Earth.

Aligned with Hollyhock’s vision of personal and collective transformation, this offering is both a restoration and a remembrance – an invitation back into the living conversation between people and place.
